I kissed her. It was probably going to be the last time I saw her for all I knew. Bit I have to y it was probably the happiest moment in my entire boring life (before all the deaths and stuff). I was basically a quick kiss on the lips, nothing much. I really hope she liked me back because that would have probably ruined our friendship.
“Mikey we need to get out of here!” I heard Bob yell so I ran away, looking back on what I was about to lose.
I can’t remember a time without Sky. Even in the hospital, right after we were born and when we got our tonsils removed, we were always right next to each other.
“ Mikey what the hell!!!” screamed Bob, “SERIOULEY WHAT WERE YOU THINKING”
Apparently he saw my dazed look and said, “You didn’t, no, NO WHAT THE HELL! DON’T RISK YOUR LIFE FOR A GIRL!”
“You say she’s just a girl but t me she was my life. We were best friends and—and I just—I’ve loved her for as long as I can remember! I was about to loose her and, if this was the last time I got to see her, I didn’t want to regret not doing it. So you can say anything you want Bob, but if I didn’t do this—I just didn’t want to regret it for the rest of my life.”
