I looked around the dark swamp cave and saw no exits. I swerved my head around a little to fast and felt a sharp pain. There was a problem. I slowly touched my scalp and there was a large bruise under my hair. I panic because when I look at my hand there is blood on it! Then I remember that I banged my head when I was shoved in the crevice. Then I passed out for a minute and I heard Mikey’s voice.
Mikey. Best friend in the world. Would do anything for me, and them some. I know he tried to save me. I wish I could do the same for him. But thankfully we haven’t gotten into any trouble for a while. I turn to Mikey and think to my self why he doesn’t have a girlfriend yet. I mean he’s sweet, forgiving and really cute, even though he isn’t all that strong.
“What’s the matter Sky?” said Mikey, seeing my concerned look.
I patted the back of my head and said “I—I’m bleeding.”
He got wide eyed “Where. Let me see…. Don’t worry you’ll be fine.” He said. There he goes being caring again! Don’t you see why I like him?
“It hurts.” I said
“We’ll get you medical attention once we get to shore.” Said Gerard.
We dove into the water after I stopped bleeding and started swimming back to shore. Then I felt something tugging in my leg. I was being pulled away from Mikey and the rest of the guys. We were all being pulled away from each other. Them I blacked out.

I woke up on a sandy beach around sunset. My head was screaming with pain and it didn’t help that is hot out! I looked around and didn’t recognize the place. “Where the heck am I?” I thought aloud. Then I saw a sign that said ‘welcome to blood beach’. Then I thought I saw another person in the water. “Hello? Are you okay?” I said I stuck my foot into the water and felt something fleshy.
I looked down and saw frank. He was ripped to shreds and was partially melted. I backed away onto the land and fell down. I was afraid I might see Mikey in the same state. I gulped going back into the water and avoiding franks body. Poor frank… I walked toward another pale body. It was Mikey. He wasn’t dead, just knocked out. He was leaning against a rock. I pulled him up to shore so that he wouldn’t drown when the tide came in. It was fully dark now and as I drifted to sleep I wondered what had happened to Gerard.
